The cost of covering an event can depend on a number of variables - what kind of event, if the photos are to be a random broad coverage or complete and total coverage, whether or not any intensive photo shoots will also be required (like the bridal party at a wedding), etc. But, as a very rough estimate, you can expect that contracting us for an event will run approximately $2 a head for the number of attendees that you expect. Intensive photos shoots are priced seperately. This includes taking the photos at the event and then processing them afterwards. You will recieve a CD or DVD with all of the final images. Any printing of the photos will be priced seperately based on the supplies that will be required.
